Helens customer service in the real estate market is 100 %.
From the first day, she approached me to take over my property for management and the aggressiveness she showed in finding me good tenants is really fantastic.
She goes through the due diligence process for every issue and advices me the status of my property then and there , which makes me a worry free landlord.
I have even referred her couple of my friends (in relation to property mgmt) which I would not normally do unless I am 100% satisfied with their service.
Overall I can see total customer satisfaction by her performance and as long as my property is under Helen I can make sure that it is in the safe hands.
I am happy to have her as my property manager and I would like to do more business with her in the future.
